Reliable quality control is one of the key elements of the Rusagro group's work. We ensure traceability and verification of product quality at all stages of the journey: from the farm to the port.

• Laboratories at Elevators

Each Rusagro elevator operates its own laboratory equipped with modern equipment for analyzing grain and oilseeds. The main tasks of the laboratories:

- incoming control of each product batch upon reception;

- analysis of key quality indicators (moisture, impurities, test weight, oil content, protein, etc.);

- formation of uniform batches in accordance with contract requirements;

- regular monitoring of product condition during storage.

Thanks to this, we ensure stable supply quality and compliance with the requirements of international buyers.

• Control Point in Balabani

In 2025, Rusagro commissioned an additional control point in Balabani to monitor product quality during its transportation from farms to terminals. This solution allows for operational checking of grain and oilseeds during transport, minimizing risks of quality deviations at final shipment points.

- quality control of grain and oilseeds loaded into trucks directly at farms;

- selective inspection of batches en route to the port or elevator;

- reduction of the risk of quality deviations at the final stages of the supply chain.

This additional level of control allows for even more precise management of export batch quality, prompt response to possible deviations, and increased predictability for our partners.
